An all level class that is beginner oriented. A slow paced, alignment oriented class where we take a close look at every pose and learn to understand how the body works in it. We will also learn a simple pranayamas, which are breathing techniques. At the end of the class you can expect deep relaxation or Savasana practice with my guidance.
