Yoga has truly changed my life. During my childhood, I experienced various health issues, spending a lot of time in the hospitals. I felt weak, isolated, and incapable. Compounded with family issues, my mental state suffered as well, leaving me anxious, insecure, and lost.
Fortunately, I began my yoga practice in my early 20s, I didn't know much about it, but from the first class I was hooked. As I established a consistent practice, transformative shifts occurred. I noticed positive changes in my environment, relationships, nutrition, body awareness, and, most importantly, my perception of the world and myself in it. I discovered a world of possibilities, rather than limitations.
I have had the privilege of studying under esteemed teachers in my homeland, Ukraine, and have also embarked on numerous yoga retreats and soul-search journeys in India.
I would like to express my deep gratitude and respect for my first teacher in the United States, Melanie Salvatore-August, whose influence has been instrumental in my teaching journey.
Yoga has taught me to listen to and follow my inner wisdom, and I now feel called to share my experiences with others. It is my sincerest hope that I can be of service on your own path.
